Duties, Taxes & Fees
- US orders: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on delivery address.
- International orders: Duties and taxes may be shown at checkout where available. If not displayed, your carrier will collect them at delivery per your country’s regulations.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Tracking, Signatures & Delivery
- Tracking is emailed when your order ships. It may take up to 24 hours to activate.
- Orders valued at $500+ may require an adult signature upon delivery for security.
- To request a safe place or no-signature delivery, contact us before dispatch (assuming carrier supports it). Waiving signature is at your own risk.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier and us within 7 days (US) or 14 days (international) so we can investigate.
- Split shipments: We may ship items separately to expedite delivery at no extra cost.
Processing Times, Changes & Cancellations
- Processing time: 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm ET, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Address changes and cancellations: Contact support within 30 minutes of placing your order. After dispatch, we’re unable to reroute shipments.
- Pre-orders/backorders: Ship within the estimated window noted on the product page. Your card may be authorized at checkout and charged before shipment depending on the payment method.
Restrictions & Sustainable Packaging
- Restricted items such as fragrances or aerosols may ship Ground only within the US.
- We are committed to responsible packaging: recycled or FSC-certified materials where possible, and right-sized boxes to reduce waste.
